Approach
Rachel describes therapy as a shared process. She does not simply sit back and nod, and she does not tell clients what they should do.
The work pays attention to relationships, patterns, identity, power, oppression, self-compassion, and the therapeutic relationship itself.

In-person appointments are available at 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 211, North Springfield, VA 22151. Remote sessions use doxy.me, described on the current site as a confidential, encrypted video platform.
Session length: 45 minutes, with longer sessions potentially available by request.
Fee: $250 for a 45-minute session. Longer sessions are pro-rated.
Insurance: Out-of-pocket payment only. Monthly paperwork may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Consultation: Free 15-minute phone consultation before beginning therapy.
GAS letters: Single-session evaluations use an economic justice pricing model, sliding from $325 to $0.
